Haqiqiy yuqori haroratli material, termal qarishsiz Si-Fe yadrosi kukunli temir yadrolariga qaraganda kamroq yadro yoʻqotishlarini va yuqori DC Bias ishlashini taʼminlaydi. Si-Fe yadrosi shuningdek, mukammal harorat barqarorligi va yuqori energiya saqlash imkoniyatiga ega. Si-Fe yadrosi asosan PFC pallasida, quvvat induktorida va hokazolarda ishlatiladi.

 

Yuqorioqim yadrolari

 

HF yadrolari 50% Fe va 50% Ni dan tayyorlanadi. Uning toʻyinganlik oqimining zichligi 15000Gs va oʻtkazuvchanligi 26 dan 125 gacha. HF yadrolari xuddi shunday oʻlchamdagi boʻshliqli ferrit yoki kukunli temir yadrolari bilan solishtirganda yuqori energiya saqlash qobiliyati va samaraliroq oʻtkazuvchanlikni taʼminlaydi. Harorat effektlari

Temir kukuni yadrosi uchun umumiy ish harorati -65 daraja -+125 daraja. Ish muhitining harorati 150 darajadan oshganda, organik yopishtiruvchi (odatda epoksi qatroni) parchalana boshlaydi, natijada qurilmaning ishlashi yomonlashadi va qurilmaning ishlash muddati qisqaradi. Buzilishning zo'ravonligi vaqtga, haroratga, magnit kukun yadrosining o'lchamiga, ish chastotasiga va oqim zichligiga bog'liq.

Yadrolar A ga ishlab chiqariladiL ko'rsatilgan qiymatlar; har bir material uchun o'tkazuvchanlik faqat ma'lumot uchun. Barcha holatlarda ALqiymatlar 10kHz chastotada 10 gauss (1mT) bo'lgan perk AC oqimining zichligiga asoslangan. Oqish ta'sirini minimallashtirish uchun toroidal yadrolar bir tekis-to'liq{5}}qatlamli o'rash bilan sinovdan o'tkaziladi. Bir tekis taqsimlanmagan oz sonli burilishlar bilan sinovdan o'tgan temir kukunlari yadrolari kutilganidan yuqori indüktans ko'rsatkichlarini beradi. E yadrolari 100 burilish bilan sinovdan o'tkaziladi. Ko'rsatilgan Magnit Xarakteristik egri chiziqlar ±10% tolerantlikka ega. Core Loss xarakteristikalari bo'yicha egri chiziqlar odatda ±15% tolerantlikka ega.

Material tavsifi

-18 Materiallar:Ushbu material yuqori o'tkazuvchanlik va arzon narxlardagi -8 Materialga o'xshash kam yadro yo'qotadi. Yaxshi DC to'yinganlik xususiyatlari.

-19 Material:Bir xil o'tkazuvchanlik va biroz yuqori yadro yo'qotishlari bilan -18 materialiga arzon alternativ.

-26 Materiallar:Eng mashhur material. Bu elektr quvvatini oʻzgartirish va tarmoq filtri ilovalarining keng turlarida foydali boʻlgan-tejamkor umumiy maqsadli materialdir.

-30 Materiallar:Ushbu materialning yaxshi chiziqliligi, arzonligi va nisbatan past o'tkazuvchanligi uni yuqori quvvatli UPS choklari uchun katta o'lchamlarda mashhur qiladi.

-33/-34/-35 Materiallar:Yuqori chastotali yadro yo'qolishi muhim bo'lmagan ilovalar uchun -8 Materialning arzon alternativi. Yuqori moyillik bilan yaxshi chiziqlilik.

-40 Materiallar:Eng arzon material. U juda mashhur -26 Materialga juda o'xshash xususiyatlarga ega. Katta o'lchamlarda mashhur.

-52 Material:Ushbu material yuqori chastotada kamroq yadro yo'qotadi va -26 Material bilan bir xil o'tkazuvchanlikka ega. Yuqori chastotali chok konstruktsiyalari uchun juda mashhur.
